Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe Ingredients 12oz/350g Good Quality Dark Chocolate 1/2oz/1.5g butter (unsalted) 1 tablespoon Cointreau 4 Large Eggs Method Break the chocolate into small pieces and put them in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of cold water.
